Terms of Service (TOS)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the online store operated by Yumei日本合同会社 (“we,” “us,” “our”), located in Japan. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase from us.


1. Business Information

Business Location: Japan

We sell and ship products worldwide.

All transactions are processed in the Currency of your Country

Applicable law: Japanese law governs these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.


2. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate.

Slight variations in packaging, color, or condition may occur.

All products are sold as described. Please read descriptions carefully before ordering.


3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made in full before order processing.

Accepted payment methods: Credit Card (VISA, Master), Paypal, WISE, Banktransfer, ApplyPay, GooglePay, ShopPay


4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and Japan Post.

All shipments include tracking.

Proof of delivery by the carrier is final. If the tracking shows the order as “Delivered” (including deliveries marked as left at a door, gate, mailbox, or signed for by a third party), we consider the order fulfilled and completed.

We are not responsible for loss or theft after the carrier marks the package as delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes charged by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.


6. Refund & Return Policy

We operate under a strict no-refund, no-return policy except in the following cases:

The item is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival (unboxing video required).

We shipped the wrong item.

Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

Claims of “item not received” when tracking shows delivered.

Damage occurring after delivery.

Dissatisfaction based on personal preference (e.g., “changed my mind,” “not as expected”).

Orders refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes.

Process for Refunds/Exchanges:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos as evidence.

If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.


7. Privacy Policy

We collect only the necessary personal data for order processing and legal compliance.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required for shipping and payment processing.

By ordering, you consent to our Privacy Policy.


8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


9. Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or abuse.

Any attempt to make false claims about delivery will result in a permanent ban from our store and may be reported to law enforcement.


10. Dispute Resolution

For customers outside Japan: Disputes will first be addressed through email communication.

If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Japanese law in the jurisdiction of Tokyo District Court, unless prohibited by mandatory local laws.


11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
